NuStep optimises your training time. It lets you train individual parts of your body, from a single function in an arm or leg to the whole body at once, making calorie burning three times more effective than regular exercise machines such as treadmills and exercise bikes. NuStep’s unique features, such as the 360-degree swivel seat, foot straps and optional grips, leg stabilisers and safety belts, make this a machine that can be used by everyone, regardless of whether you’re an elite athlete or someone with physical impairments.
